This opportunity supports service design and customer experience initiatives within a municipal technology environment. The role focuses on delivering service design and UX support with robust SharePoint expertise over a short-term engagement starting ASAP. The engagement is expected to run approximately 80 hours over 6 weeks with up to 30 hours in a week.

Must Haves
5+ years in Service Design and UX
Availability to commit a minimum of 30 hours per week over a 6-week engagement

Experience supporting customer experience initiatives
