As the face of our club, you'll engage with customers, provide information, and facilitate inclusive pickleball activities. Collaborating with the Site Manager, you'll maintain high energy and service standards that define our community.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver outstanding customer service at the pro shop
• Assist members with court check-ins and inquiries
• Facilitate pickleball programming and events
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the facility
• Process transactions efficiently using POS systems
Requirements:
• Proven customer service experience in retail
• Basic knowledge of racket sports, particularly pickleball
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail in transaction processing
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
