This opportunity supports a broad scope of respiratory medicine practice within a well-resourced regional hospital, offering strong interdisciplinary support and access to advanced diagnostic and clinical services.

Respirologists at Bluewater Health practise within a collaborative Medicine program supported by modern diagnostic capabilities and specialty services.

Services available to support a Respirologist include:

- Bronchoscopy suite and pulmonary function testing
- Transesophageal echocardiography and Rapid Chest Pain Assessment Clinic
- District Stroke Centre
- Local oncology and palliative care services
- Medicine Telemetry Unit

Remuneration is fee for service.

The ideal candidate will meet the following qualifications:

- Fellowship in Respirology with the Royal College of Physicians of Canada
- Eligibility for an independent licence with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO)
- Canadian permanent residency or Canadian citizenship
- Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills with a dedication to service excellence
- Active interest in the training of residents and medical students
