Partner Customer Success Manager Contract Duration: 1 Year Work Location: Remote Objective Manage and grow a portfolio of customers by building trusted relationships, driving platform adoption, and aligning customer success plans with business objectives.

Support customer onboarding, enablement, retention, and growth through personalized engagement and ongoing education.

Key Responsibilities Manage and grow a portfolio of customers by building trusted relationships and developing customer success plans aligned with business objectives.

Drive platform adoption through personalized customer engagement and success planning.

Lead customer onboarding and enablement through training, certifications, and ongoing education to accelerate time-to-value.

Monitor customer health, identify and mitigate retention risks, and resolve customer escalations.





Identify expansion opportunities and collaborate with commercial teams to drive customer adoption, retention, and growth.

Qualifications Experience managing customer relationships and growing a portfolio of customers.

Ability to develop customer success plans aligned with business objectives.

Experience supporting customer onboarding, training, enablement, and platform adoption.

Ability to monitor customer health, mitigate retention risks, and resolve escalations.

Experience collaborating with commercial teams to identify expansion opportunities and support customer growth.

Nice to Have Experience delivering customer training, certifications, and ongoing education to accelerate time-to-value.
