Overview Job Skills / Requirements Position: Full Time Supervisor Site: Vaughan Mills Status: Full-Time Hours: Sun, Mon, Thus, Fri (Swing Shift) Key Responsibilities: Supervise and support security staff during assigned shifts.

Ensure all security duties are completed according to site policies and procedures.

Conduct regular patrols and monitor site security operations.

Respond to incidents, emergencies, and customer concerns.

Monitor CCTV, alarms, and access control systems.

Review and complete reports accurately and on time.

Provide coaching and guidance to security team members.

Liaise with client representatives, tenants, visitors, and emergency services when required.

Assist with training and onboarding of new staff.

Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications Valid Ontario Security Guard License.

Valid First Aid & CPR Level C Certification.

Valid Class G Driver's Licence with a clean Driver's Abstract.





Minimum 2 years of security experience.

Previous supervisory or team lead experience is an asset.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Excellent customer service skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Solid report writing and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to remain calm and professional in emergency situations.

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.

Legally authorized to work in Canada.
