We are seeking a hands-on and detail-oriented Maintenance Manager who is committed to providing high-quality service and contributing to a supportive team environment.

What You'll Do Under the direction of the Community Manager, maintain all aspects of the building and grounds, including interior, exterior, mechanical, and electrical systems.

Complete preventative maintenance in line with schedules and manufacturer specifications.

Review, prioritize, and respond to maintenance and resident requests daily.

Coordinate and oversee trades, suppliers, and contractors, ensuring quality and timely work.

Obtain quotes, schedule services, and monitor workmanship through completion.

Track warranties, approve completed work, and follow financial policies.

Resolve maintenance issues and collaborate with Community Managers on resident and staff concerns.

Source new trades and support building projects, turnovers, and service contracts.

Other duties as assigned.

What You Bring Relevant building or facility maintenance background A solid mechanical or electrical understanding Minimum of three years related experience Ability to multi-task, manage time effectively and prioritize work Ability to plan, deliver and evaluate budgets The ability to create sound & economical solutions in emergency situation.





Experience in a care community or retirement residence is preferred. A clear Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Screening.

Up-to-date immunization record.
