In this role, you'll support productivity initiatives while collaborating with the Finance Operations Senior Manager for accurate forecasts and projections. Your work will involve extensive data analysis, ownership of finance tools, and reporting to support operational success across the Americas.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in estimating and reporting productivity initiatives
• Manage Iproview and Orsoft as finance tools
• Contribute to month-end closing and variance analysis
• Support forecasting cycles and cost bridge preparation
• Provide financial insights for CAPEX management
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in Business Administration or related field
• Minimum 2 years of financial analysis experience
• Advanced Excel proficiency with large datasets
• Knowledge of SAP and Power BI is a plus
• Robust analytical skills with attention to detail
