In this role, you will work under the guidance of the Line Leader and Operations Leader. Your responsibilities will include ensuring precise ingredient measures, operating mixing machinery safely, and following procedures that maintain quality and safety. FGF Brands promotes teamwork, encouraging creative ideas to enhance production efficiency and uphold exceptional cleanliness standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare ingredients as per batch list and schedule
• Document lot code identification numbers accurately
• Follow exact measurements for specialized batters




• Operate mixing machinery while adhering to safety guidelines
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Requirements:
• Experience in a food manufacturing workplace is desirable
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Valuable communication and basic mathematical skills
• Ability to lift 25 kg and perform physical tasks
• Flexibility to work various shifts as required
