Black Bear Builders is looking for a reliable, hardworking Construction Helper to join our crew in Banff, AB. In this role, you will assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, concrete/landscaping crews) on site, handle material staging, and ensure job sites operate safely and efficiently.

This is a physical, hands‑on role ideal for someone with a robust work ethic who takes pride in quality work and is looking to build experience in the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities & Duties
Load, unload, and transport construction materials, tools, and equipment around job sites.
Assist carpenters, masons, and other tradespeople with framing, forming, demolition, and general site work.
Operate basic power tools, hand tools, and equipment safely (e.g., drills, grinders, compaction equipment).
Clean and prepare job sites by removing debris, trash, and hazards to maintain a protected work setting.
Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete, mortar, or gravel as required.
Follow all Occupational Health & Safety (OH&S;) guidelines and company safety protocols.
