As a Feed Production Operator at Trouw Nutrition, you will help ensure the efficient production of high-quality livestock feed. You will operate machinery, maintain safety standards, and troubleshoot production issues. The role requires attention to detail and a proactive attitude while working the chosen shift.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate production machinery to optimize performance
• Ensure quality and food safety standards are met
• Record production orders and activities accurately
• Perform minor maintenance tasks and repairs on equipment
• Identify and address unsafe situations proactively
Requirements:
• 2 - 3 years of manufacturing experience preferred
• Valuable computer skills required
• Ability to work shifts from 6 am - 2 pm or 2 pm - 10 pm
• Regular lifting of 25 kgs and focus on details
• Solid problem-solving and interpersonal skills
