In this 6-month contract, you will play a key role in the Learning & Development team, reporting to the Director. Your efforts will center on exploring creative AI tools, facilitating workshops, and developing engaging training materials. You'll collaborate with various departments, ensuring a seamless rollout of learning initiatives and organizational change.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and deliver AI literacy training programs
• Develop training materials using AI tools
• Facilitate workshops and provide project updates




• Create change communications explaining necessary adjustments
• Manage the LinkedIn Learning platform, including content curation
Requirements:
• 2+ years in learning and development or related fields
• Experience with AI tools and project management
• Solid coordination and communication skills
• Familiarity with change management frameworks
• Ability to relocate to the Toronto area before start date
