Required Skills & Qualifications 10 years’ experience as a Project Manager Experience in Cash Management, SWIFT payments, & Banking Consulting experience Expertise in functional & operational knowledge of Global Banking activities Deep knowledge of & experience executing all project management concepts Project planning, documentation experience, & stakeholder management Excellent level of knowledge of MS Project, Excel, Word, and Power

Point Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry Proficiency in English & French Preferred Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university with a focus on IT, Business Administration,



or other relevant fields of study 10 years of relevant industry experience in Banking Day-to-Day Responsibilities Manage and lead assigned projects to completion with delivery of agreed objectives Ensure that all projects follow Group Policies and Procedures, including proper Project Governance & Software Development Lifecycle Identify and obtain buy-in from the Primary Project Stakeholders and Sponsors Leverage expertise and problem-solving skills to propose solutions during each phase of the project Drive the delivery effort by maintaining project lists, organizing follow-up meetings, creating and distributing meeting minutes Ensure explicit communication of goals, budget, risks, efforts involved, & project status Work closely with all functions - Front office, Operations, Finance, Compliance, Legal, Risk, etc., to ensure successful delivery of project objectives Manage situations of conflict and constraints to ensure the success of the project Provide project plans, status reports, track issues and risks, budget/actuals tracking, testing coordination, implementation plan preparation, and oversight For immediate consideration please click APPLY to begin the screening process with Alex.
