This role focuses on delivering community-based support to individuals who are Deaf or Hard of Hearing. As part of a multi-disciplinary team, you'll supervise daily activities, provide personalized care, and collaborate with behavioral professionals to promote well-being. Key Responsibilities:
• Lead treatment planning and program evaluation meetings
• Ensure routine-based, secure support environments
• Implement tailored daily programming activities




• Manage caseload and required documentation
• Advocate for individuals and their personal goals
Requirements:
• DSW diploma or related degree required
• Minimum 2 years' experience in residential care
• Fluency in ASL essential
• Experience managing behavioral and mental health needs
• Certification in related care practices preferred
