As a Cleaner reporting to the Regional Manager, you will handle diverse cleaning responsibilities in a multi-family residential workplace. Your daily tasks will include sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing spaces. Successful candidates should have prior cleaning experience and a valid driver's license to facilitate transportation between locations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sweep, scrub, mop, and wash floors in communal areas
• Vacuum hallways, carpets, and various floor types
• Shampoo carpets and area rugs as needed
• Clean appliances thoroughly, inside and out
• Disinfect bathrooms, kitchens, and polish fixtures
Requirements:
• Prior cleaning experience is required
• Valid driver's license (not Class 7)
• Reliable vehicle for work use
• Must complete a security clearance
• Flexible schedule to work 5 days a week
