In This Role, You Will Practice Recruitment Manage full-cycle recruitment for an assigned portfolio of practices, hiring Dental Hygienists, Dental Assistants, and Practice Administrative professionals.

Build talent pipelines and execute recruitment strategies that support regional hiring priorities and operational needs.

Candidate Attraction & Sourcing Use Linked

In Recruiter, Boolean search, referrals, job boards, social media, networking, and direct sourcing to attract qualified talent.

Develop creative sourcing and recruitment marketing strategies for competitive markets and difficult-to-fill roles.

Stakeholder Partnership Partner with Practice Managers, Regional Managers, and Operations leaders to understand hiring needs, provide recommendations, and share market insights.

Maintain clear, regular communication on recruitment activity, candidate pipelines, and market conditions.

Recruitment Excellence Deliver a consistent, high-quality recruitment process from sourcing through offer acceptance, onboarding, and pre-employment activities.

Maintain accurate activity in Workday, follow recruitment standards, and identify opportunities to improve process and candidate experience.





What You’ll Bring Full bilingual proficiency in French and English is required.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is considered an asset.

Strong full-cycle recruitment, sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment skills is required.

Excellent relationship-building, communication, and stakeholder management skills is required.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, use recruitment systems and data, and deliver exceptional candidate and hiring manager experiences is required.
