Lead and manage executive and senior-level recruitment assignments within the industrial sector. Develop and implement strategic sourcing and talent acquisition plans for clients. Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key industrial clients. Conduct in-depth interviews, assessments, and reference checks for senior candidates.
Drive business development initiatives to secure new client partnerships and projects. Requirements
8+ years of experience in recruitment consultancy, with a strong specialization in the Industrial sector (manufacturing, engineering, supply chain). Proven track record of successfully placing senior management and executive roles. Expertise in advanced search methodologies, candidate engagement, and market analysis.
