FortisAlberta Inc. is seeking 10 Customer Service Representatives to support customers across Alberta from our Airdrie Kingsview location. The role is part time and hybrid, with six weeks of full time training and schedules that may include weekends.

You will handle inquiries, resolve outages, create work orders, and document customer interactions while collaborating with Dispatch and Control Centre to provide timely outage information.
