This seasonal position, offering up to 22 hours per week, requires individuals who can efficiently load and unload freight. Ideal candidates will have a High School Diploma or GED, positive physical strength for lifting heavy packages, and solid interpersonal skills.
Understanding of Fed Ex Canada operations and customs regulations is an advantage but not mandatory.
Key Responsibilities:
Load and unload freight accurately and swiftly
Sort and scan packages at the facility
Complete mandatory training as required
Operate necessary handling equipment effectively
Adhere to Canadian Customs regulations where required
Requirements:
Preferred: High School Diploma or GED
Must lift 70 lbs; maneuver 150 lbs packages
Positive interpersonal communication is essential
Flexibility in shifts required for operation needs
Bilingual in French and English if in Quebec
