Key Responsibilities:
Maintain ISO 9001 Quality Management System across multiple sites
Manage Quality Incident Response process and customer interactions
Lead incident investigations and root cause analyses




Ensure compliance with Canadian health and safety regulations
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across Canadian sites

Requirements:
3–5 years in Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or Quality
Solid ISO 9001 knowledge; familiarity with ISO 14001 and 45001
