Reporting to the Director of Internal Audit Services, you will be a pivotal leader within Green Shield’s third line of defense. This position requires expertise in risk management, internal controls, and delivering high-quality audits. You’ll lead the annual audit plan, build solid ties with business units, and mentor team members towards excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead execution of the internal audit plan across all Green Shield entities
Oversee audit planning and resource allocation for projects
Manage complex audit engagements and reporting processes




Foster team growth through coaching and accountability
Evaluate risk management and internal control processes

Requirements:
University degree in relevant fields such as accounting or finance
Minimum five years in internal audit or assurance roles
Relevant designations like CPA or CIA preferred
Robust understanding of IIA standards and COSO principles
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
