Investigate and evaluate high-complexity bodily injury claims
Manage challenging claims with professionalism and tact
Accurately reserve claims following corporate protocols
Participate in litigation, mediations, and settlement discussions
Requirements:
Post-secondary education or equivalent experience
CIP or actively working towards it
At least seven years of experience in claims management
Solid problem-solving and decision-making skills
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
