Our client is on the lookout for a skilled Payroll Associate with a minimum of three years of experience using Oracle and processing multi-provincial payroll. You will oversee the payroll function for a large Canadian workforce while managing year-end activities and ensuring compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
Process payroll for a sizable Canadian employee population
Ensure accuracy and compliance in payroll functions
Manage year-end payroll tasks,



including tax documentation
Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve payroll issues
Support continuous process improvement initiatives

Requirements:
Minimum 3 years’ experience with Oracle payroll systems
Experience with high-volume payroll, ideally 500+ employees
PCP designation is mandatory
Familiarity with Quebec payroll preferred
Solid attention to detail and confidentiality
