Contribute your teaching skills as a Long Term Occasional Elementary Support Teacher at Holy Family Catholic School in Hanover. This role focuses on mentoring and co-teaching for a Transitional Certificate teacher.

This position starts on October 19, 2026, and ends around December 16, 2026, with classes held on Mondays and Wednesdays. You will support a teacher pursuing their final practicum while sharing your expertise in classroom management and report card writing.

Your role enhances educational experiences for Grades 7, 8, and Core French accountability.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide daily coverage and support during classes
Mentor and coach the transitioning teacher
Assist in classroom management and curriculum delivery




Co-teach alongside the Transitional Certificate teacher

Requirements:
Valid Ontario College of Teachers Certificate for Elementary Teaching
Qualifications in Intermediate Division
Preferred qualifications in FSL
Special Education certification is an asset
Hold a Religious Education Certificate or Letter of Equivalency
