Look after Canadian banks and credit unions as they modernize under OSFI's technology and third-party risk expectations. You will run audit-readiness reviews, drive adoption and spot expansion opportunities.
What you'll do
Own relationships with a portfolio of Canadian financial institutions
Run "Audit Readiness" QBRs built on usage data and compliance scorecards
Help clients evidence OSFI B-10 and B-13 expectations for our services
Coordinate escalations with support and engineering
What you'll bring
4+ years in customer success or account management for financial services clients
Familiarity with OSFI guidelines and Canadian banking
Eligible to work in Canada
Compensation CA$120,000 – CA$135,000 per year.
