Key Responsibilities:
Maximize profitable sales through regular sales reviews
Train Sales Associates on visual merchandising techniques
Maintain store graphics and pricing effectively
Ensure all fixtures are replenished continuously
Evaluate competitor merchandising strategies for improvements

Requirements:
Leadership experience in a retail environment
Proficient in cash handling and inventory auditing
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems
Availability for up to 30 hours per week
Ability to lift at least 30 lbs and perform physical tasks
