You’ll help customers find the right vehicle while providing an exceptional buying experience.
Key Responsibilities Learn and pre-owned vehicle features, benefits, and technology.
Welcome customers, answer inquiries, and build lasting relationships.
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles.
Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
Explain warranties, services, financing, and available offers.
Negotiate and close vehicle sales while completing required paperwork.
Maintain accurate CRM notes and customer records.
Stay current through training and product updates.
Represent Focus with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve goals.
