Agilus is seeking an experienced Lead Instrumentation & Controls Engineer to manage comprehensive industrial projects. You will oversee design and execution while mentoring engineering teams through various project phases. This hybrid role allows flexibility across major Canadian cities, aiming for a market-competitive salary between $140,000 and $205,000 annually.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical oversight and mentorship to engineering teams
Coordinate with project managers, clients, and vendors
Oversee instrumentation and controls deliverables preparation
Support project planning and execution strategies
Manage scope changes and communicate impacts
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field
Skilled Engineer designation or eligibility
Extensive experience in Instrumentation & Controls engineering
Proven leadership in small to medium-sized teams
Solid knowledge of industrial control systems
Lead instrumentation projects and mentor teams with Agilus by Synergie in Alberta.
