Collaborate with internal teams and site leadership while identifying growth prospects and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your goal is to support onboarding, meet revenue targets, and enhance service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain robust relationships with clients
Act as main contact for key national accounts
Resolve client issues quickly and ensure high satisfaction
Identify growth opportunities for existing services
Support onboarding of recent accounts and locations

Requirements:
Industry experience in waste management preferred
Education in a relevant field or degree/diploma
Experience managing national accounts or large clients
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Bilingual in French and English is an asset
