Job Title: SAP Cutover Lead - SAP S/HANA Location: Montreal, QC or Toronto, ON Duration: months Hybrid: days onsite, days remote Job Description: · We’re Finding Better WaysTM to deliver one of largest digital transformations and are looking for a SAP Cutover Lead to help move our ERP landscape to SAP S/HANA safely and confidently. · Why this role? · Own regional SAP S/HANA cutover command — plan, dependencies, decisions and execution status. · Coordinate across security, BASIS/BTP, integration, QA, PMO, vendors and operations at go live scale. · Own end to end cutover through to hypercare — from runbook control to a clean stabilisation handover. · -month contract with possibility to extend. · This is a highly visible, critical role at the heart of go-live success—ensuring stability, security and business continuity during complex ERP transitions.

Position Description: · Role family Regional cutover command, technical decision support and execution leadership · Programme context S/HANA and BTP migration with global cutover, regional third party dependencies and local technical support needs. · Primary phase: Phase cutover command from SIT entry through go live and hypercare stabilisation. · Location model: Regional hub aligned to Montreal/North America timezone coverage. · Primary interfaces: Tech Platform Lead, Cutover Manager, Accenture, Security, BASIS/BTP, Integration, QA, PMO, SMEs, vendors and operations. · Programme phase: Cutover to hypercare · Primary value: Regional cutover command and decisions Position purpose:



· Lead regional SAP S/HANA technical cutover execution so tasks, dependencies, decisions, escalations and recovery actions are controlled through cutover and into hypercare.

Core accountabilities: · Own the regional technical cutover plan, task readiness, dependencies and execution status. · Coordinate command routines, issue triage, decision paths, escalation and stakeholder communications. · Confirm readiness of access, environments, integrations, monitoring, validation and support coverage. · Manage regional cutover risks and issues with impact assessment, workaround options and recommendations. · Ensure hypercare handover includes open issues, owners, stabilisation criteria and residual risk position.

Key deliverables: · Regional technical cutover plan, dependency map and readiness checklist. · Cutover command runbook with routines, roles, escalation paths and decision points. · Intra-day cutover updates with issues, blockers and next actions. · Hypercare handover pack covering residual issues, owners and support model.

Skills and experience: · Experience leading SAP S/HANA technical cutover or command centre activity on large ERP programmes. · Strong understanding of SAP, BTP, integration, access, setting and third party dependencies. · Ability to make structured recommendations under pressure. · Disciplined planning, risk, issue and decision management capability. · Must be bilingual (French & English).

Additionally fluent in Spanish would be advantageous.

Success measures: · Regional cutover tasks are baselined, owned, sequenced and evidence backed. · Cutover issues are visible, prioritised and escalated through agreed paths. · Hypercare handover is clean with no unmanaged drift into steady state
