Key Responsibilities: • Oversee daily site operations, ensuring safety and quality • Lead performance tracking and report KPIs to the COO • Manage shop scheduling and workload balancing efficiently • Communicate with customers and resolve issues proactively • Ensure compliance with ISO quality management systems
Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in engineering or business preferred • 10+ years of leadership in industrial operations • Proven experience in accountability for performance metrics • Strong communication and decision-making skills required • Knowledge of ERP systems and industrial equipment preferred
