Our financial services client is seeking a Marketing Manager, Planning & Execution (5+ years) to develop and execute marketing campaign strategies within Everyday Banking- Join a marketing team focused on strengthening customer acquisition initiatives within the banking sector.

This role supports the strategic development, execution, and measurement of customer-focused advertising, production, merchandising, and communications campaigns across traditional and non-traditional channels.

The position collaborates with internal stakeholders and external agency partners to deliver marketing initiatives while maintaining brand and governance standards.

This is a 12-month contract prospect with potential for extension and conversion.

Location: Hybrid/Toronto - 3 days/week minimum in office requirement. 4 days preferred.

and marketing execution Project management within advertising or communications campaigns Financial services and banking industry experience Brand governance , marketing channels , and media coordination Post-secondary degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience Nice to Have Advertising agency experience Creative agency experience Experience with customer-focused advertising initiatives Responsibilities Develop marketing campaign strategies for the Everyday Banking acquisition portfolio Execute customer-focused advertising, production, merchandising, and communications campaigns Collaborate with business groups on strategic marketing initiatives Provide direction for media and creative development Oversee the development of advertising, promotional, and communications materials Collaborate with external agency partners to support business objectives Ensure compliance with internal frameworks, standards, guidelines, and governance requirements
