WSP is seeking a seasoned Senior Electrical Engineer to join our Resources team. This role focuses on electrical design for new constructions and brownfield projects across various industrial sectors. Your contributions will impact project outcomes and help clients operate reliably and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design electrical power distribution and control systems
• Conduct power system studies using ETAP or EasyPower
• Prepare specifications for switchgear, transformers, and more
• Oversee engineering calculations and design accuracy
• Build client relationships and provide expert guidance
Requirements:
• Minimum 12 years of electrical engineering design experience
• Registered Skilled Engineer (P.Eng.)
• Proficiency in CSA, ANSI, IEEE standards
• Experienced in industrial environments like mines or refineries
• Valid driver’s license for site visits
