We’re looking for an experienced Senior Consultant with a solid background in Transformation and Operating Model design to support large-scale business transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate has an Operations or HR background, strong process-thinking skills, and experience working directly with clients while owning key deliverables.
What You’ll Do Support the design and implementation of Target Operating Models (TOM)
Assess current processes and help design improved future-state processes
Develop and document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Support broader business and operational transformation initiatives
Work directly with clients to understand requirements, challenges, and priorities
Take ownership of deliverables and drive work through to completion
Apply structured, logical, and process-oriented thinking to complex business challenges
What We’re Looking For Experience working on large-scale transformation initiatives
Background in Operations, Human Resources, or a related functional area
Hands-on experience with Target Operating Model design and/or implementation
Experience in process design, process improvement, and SOP development
Strong client-facing experience with the ability to independently manage and own deliverables
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Nice to Have Previous experience within HR and/or Payroll/Pay transformation
Experience supporting HR operating model, process, or technology transformation initiatives
