ACCIONA is seeking an experienced Buyer to manage procurement for the significant ECWE project. In this role, you will execute purchasing for materials and services while coordinating with multidisciplinary teams. This position requires a background in construction or industrial procurement, as you will be managing multiple purchase orders and supplier relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
• Execute purchasing activities for designated procurement packages
• Prepare Requests for Quotation and purchase orders
• Obtain competitive quotations from qualified suppliers




• Ensure compliance with project budgets and specifications
• Maintain accurate procurement records and status trackers

Requirements:
• Minimum of 3-5 years in purchasing for construction projects
• Robust knowledge of procurement practices and regulations
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Familiarity with project management software
• Bachelor's degree in relevant field preferred
