Finning Canada seeks two Field Service Supervisors at Kearl to lead a team of technicians on a continuous 14x14 shift. You will mentor, coach and measure performance while coordinating repairs and warranty decisions in a quick-paced mining environment.
You will collaborate with the Product Support Service Manager and branch stakeholders to drive safety, standardization and operational excellence, ensuring customer satisfaction and reliable equipment uptime.
