Cota is seeking a Site Support Worker to assist tenants in boarding homes, orient recent residents to housing and local resources, and lead therapeutic group activities. The role supports 16 Habitat-funded homes with a collaborative team approach.

You will document interactions, coordinate supplies, and participate in provider trainings and dispute resolution processes to promote community engagement and well-being.
