Key Responsibilities:
• Lead month-end close and financial reporting
• Develop and coach the accounting team for consistency
• Drive AI adoption in financial processes
• Manage job costing and work-in-progress schedules
• Ensure accurate cash flow oversight and reporting

Requirements:
• 8+ years in finance, 3-5 years as a controller
• Experience in construction or civil infrastructure
• Strong Excel and financial modeling skills
• Hands-on AI tools experience and sound judgment
• Familiarity with Spectrum is an asset
