Dexian is seeking a Product Manager for Rewards Strategy & Partnerships in Toronto, hybrid work (3 days in office). The role owns end-to-end rewards strategy and lifecycle execution, and leads integration efforts for SSO and 3rd-party care vendors within the Get Care ecosystem.
You will collaborate with security, architecture, and data teams to define scalable patterns, align with senior leadership, and drive measurable outcomes across the rewards and integration workstreams.
