Finning Canada is seeking two Field Service Supervisors at Kearl to lead a team of technicians in a busy mining setting. You will coach, mentor and measure productivity, drive safety culture, and foster strong internal/external relationships to meet business goals.
Based at Kearl on a continuous 14x14 shift, you will coordinate work orders, manage warranties, and provide guidance on Finning policies while developing staff and improving processes.
