Position Overview
We are seeking a Technical Marketing Manager with experience in industrial B2B sectors such as oil & gas, mining, energy, or heavy equipment.

This is a highly hands-on role

.The successful candidate will be expected to independently study our technologies, understand industry challenges, and develop technical marketing materials and campaigns without constant supervision

.This role requires someone who is comfortable learning large volumes of technical information, researching industrial processes, and translating that knowledge into credible marketing content and outreach initiatives

.This is not a coordination role for external agencies

.We are looking for someone who can think independently, research deeply, and build content and campaigns from scratch

.The right candidate will be curious, analytical, proactive, and capable of operating with minimal direction

This work requires independent research, interviews with engineers and customers, and analysis of real operational data
