Role Description:
The Principal Architect, ServiceNow, CPQ & Logik is a full-time role responsible for leading the technical vision and solution design across ServiceNow, CPQ, and Logik implementations. This role develops end-to-end architectures, translates business requirements into scalable, secure designs, and ensures alignment with enterprise standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with stakeholders, guiding cross-functional teams through architectural decisions, and overseeing integration patterns between platforms and external systems. The Principal Architect reviews technical deliverables, provides hands-on support during software development and configuration, and mitigates risks throughout the project lifecycle. This role also mentors team members,



contributes to best practices, and supports pre-sales and discovery efforts by presenting solution approaches to clients.

Qualifications:

Strong background in Architecture and Architectural Design, with experience defining enterprise-grade solutions across ServiceNow, CPQ, and Logik.

Hands-on experience in Software Development, including designing, configuring, and customizing complex platform-based solutions.

Proficiency in Integration approaches, APIs, and middleware, ensuring reliable data flows between ServiceNow, CPQ, Logik, and other enterprise systems.

Demonstrated Project Management capabilities, including planning, estimation, stakeholder communication, and oversight of technical deliverables.

Experience with ServiceNow (ITSM/ITOM/CSM or similar modules), CPQ platforms, and rules/logic engines such as Logik, or equivalent technologies.

Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear technical designs and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.

Experience leading architecture on large-scale B2B or enterprise digital transformation projects is highly beneficial.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., ServiceNow, architecture, or project management) are a plus.
