Paterson Grain is seeking summer students to assist in daily operations within the facility. You will shadow various staff members, learning about fertilizer handling, grain cleaning, and customer service. Your role will include maintaining inventory accuracy and supporting the Logistics Coordinator while understanding quality control and ISO 22000 standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with fertilizer and crop protection operations
• Operate forklifts for loading and unloading products
• Maintain chem shed organization for better visibility
• Support customer service and grain contract processing
• Conduct field scouting activities for data entry
Requirements:
• Currently pursuing a degree in Ag Business or Agronomy
• Solid organizational and communication skills
• Class 5 driver’s license required
• Willingness to learn about daily operations
• Agricultural background an asset
