In this senior role, you will be responsible for all estimates, bids, and budgets within the company's construction projects. You will lead a team of Senior Estimators, Estimators, and Junior Estimators while establishing and enforcing best practices. Coordination with executives on business development strategies will be fundamental for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide transparent leadership and direction to the estimating team
• Ensure accuracy and competitiveness in all bid submissions
• Mentor staff and develop future leaders within the department




• Manage multiple bids to meet client deadlines

Requirements:
• Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or similar
• 12+ years of estimating experience in construction
• Proven leadership in complex bid management
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts and methods
• Excellent financial and analytical skills
