Databricks in Ottawa is seeking an Enterprise Sales Director to lead our Public Sector team. You will manage a group of Enterprise Named and Strategic Account Executives, drive quota attainment, and grow Databricks consumption across the region.
You will set territory plans, coach reps using MEDDPIC and Challenger methods, deliver revenue forecasts, partner with cross-functional teams, and build long-term customer relationships to accelerate growth.
