Grifols, S.A is seeking a Director of Strategy & Transformation in Mississauga to lead strategic initiatives, drive operational excellence, and manage cross-functional transformation programs for the Canadian self-sufficiency effort.
The role reports to the VP, Canada Self Sufficiency Project and requires 8–10 years of senior leadership experience, robust stakeholder management, and fluency in English. MBA preferred; French is a plus.
