As part of WSP's national renewable energy team, you will design, optimize, and advance utility-scale solar projects across Canada. This role emphasizes collaboration with experienced engineers and delivering high-performance renewable solutions. You'll gain valuable experience in the entire lifecycle of solar projects, from feasibility to construction, while deepening your understanding of solar technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and optimize utility-scale solar PV projects • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for integrated solutions • Develop solar layouts and equipment configurations • Support projects through all stages, from feasibility to operations • Analyze project data using AutoCAD and GIS tools
Requirements: • University Degree in relevant Engineering discipline • 5 to 10 years of experience in solar energy • P.ENG license or in final stages of licensing • Proficiency in AutoCAD • Understanding of utility-scale solar technologies
