With over 7 years in People roles and a solid background in SaaS, you’ll help guide leaders through continuous change. Your strategic insight will ensure organizational design is optimal, talent is aligned, and teams remain effective.

Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with Engineering and Product leaders on growth strategies
• Drive organizational design to enhance team effectiveness
• Identify and address talent gaps and team needs




• Ensure compliance with People practices across regions
• Manage end-to-end performance cycles for technical roles

Requirements:
• 7+ years in People roles, 4+ as a Partner
• Experience in high-growth SaaS settings
• Knowledge of international employment laws
• Proven success with distributed teams
• Proficiency in performance management and employee relations
