Jetson is seeking a Director of Customer Success to lead the high-touch Home electrification team in North Vancouver, BC. You will own the post-sale journey from signed agreement through install readiness, maintaining customer confidence, scheduling readiness, and retention across markets.
You will build scalable CS processes, drive proactive communications, and partner with Sales and Production to align commitments with real delivery capabilities.
