Join a respected general contractor as a Construction Superintendent in Cary/Raleigh. Lead commercial construction projects, manage subcontractors, and ensure timelines and safety are met.

We are looking for a dedicated Superintendent, ideally with five or more years of commercial construction experience. You will play a crucial role in oversight, coordinating subcontractors and maintaining schedules for multiple projects. This hands-on position requires excellent communication with Project Managers and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily field operations on commercial projects
• Coordinate subcontractors and manage site activities
• Drive and monitor project schedules in the field




• Conduct site walks for progress and safety checks
• Manage inspections and maintain jobsite safety standards

Requirements:
• At least 5 years of commercial construction experience
• Previous Superintendent experience with a General Contractor
• Solid knowledge of construction sequencing and scheduling
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
• Familiarity with Procore or similar software preferred
