We are seeking an experienced Implementation Manager to lead end-to-end software implementations for clinical laboratories, from planning through go-live and stabilization. The ideal candidate brings strong project management, technical proficiency, and customer relationship skills to deliver successful implementations and improve processes within a growing healthcare technology organization.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end software implementations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with customer requirements.

Develop and maintain implementation plans, project timelines, milestones, and resource allocations.

Serve as the primary customer contact, leading project meetings, providing status updates, and managing expectations throughout implementation.

Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, business analysts, and third-party vendors to coordinate deliverables and resolve technical challenges.

Oversee system integrations, including laboratory instruments, EMRs, and HL7/FHIR interfaces.

Identify project risks, manage dependencies, resolve blockers, and proactively address potential delays.

Manage scope changes, evaluate project trade-offs, and coordinate change orders when necessary.

Oversee go-live activities, post-implementation stabilization, and the transition to Customer Success.

Identify opportunities to improve implementation processes, resource efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications

4+ years of experience managing customer-facing software implementations, onboarding,



or technical delivery projects in a B2B environment.

Demonstrated ability to independently manage complex projects from initiation through successful delivery.

Strong project management, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.

Experience coordinating cross-functional technical teams and managing competing priorities.

Ability to understand software integrations, technical requirements, and implementation dependencies.

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer relationship management skills.

Proven ability to manage project risks, negotiate scope, and make independent decisions in a rapid-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience implementing healthcare software, including Laboratory Information Systems (LIS), Electronic Medical Records (EMR), or Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) platforms.

Familiarity with HL7, FHIR, laboratory instrument interfaces, or healthcare data integrations.

Experience working with clinical laboratories or laboratory operations.

Background in a growing SaaS organization where processes and delivery frameworks are evolving.
